Our client in Canada is seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Omni Channel to join their team full-time and remotely. If you have a strong background in the banking/financial industry and a passion for delivering seamless customer experiences across channels, we want to hear from you!
🔍 What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, with strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and cross-team coordination.
Background in Banking / Financial Services, with experience in originations, collections, notifications, and fraud prevention.
Omni-channel expertise – enabling integrated customer experiences across platforms.
Data analysis proficiency (Excel required; BI tools preferred).
Bilingual (English & Spanish) is an asset.
Willingness to travel 10–15% for customer engagements and implementations.
