We're seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with a strong background in DoD financial management to lead efforts in tracking funding, monitoring expenditures, and delivering actionable insights in a classified environment.
📍 Location: Washington, DC
🏢 Work Site: Fully Onsite at NRL
🔐 Clearance: Active Secret required
🧠 Experience: 5+ years, ideally with RDT&E funding and NWA tracking
📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee distribution of government funding across NWAs
- Analyze labor and contractor expenditures
- Develop dashboards and reports for Program and Business Managers
- Support PMRs and sponsor briefings
- Ensure financial data accuracy and transparency
📌 Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree and DoD/RDT&E experience
- Proficiency in Excel and financial tools
- Strong grasp of cost accounting structures
💡 Preferred:
- Experience with NRL or federal R&D programs
- Familiarity with tools like SAP, Oracle, COBRA, or Unanet
