Responsibilities:
Domain Expertise
- Strong understanding of P&C Reinsurance (both ceded and assumed), including key terms and data flows.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.
- Experience analyzing and STTM of reinsurance data for underwriting and claims
- Understanding of Reinsurance output such as reinsurance bordereaux, Schedule F and Schedule P forms, Cash calls, ceded premium, and loss data
- Strong understanding of data governance, controls, and reconciliation in reinsurance
Data & Technical Skills
- Ability to create BRDs, process flows, and use cases, and to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Provide detailed walkthroughs of system requirements, collaborate with technical teams, and manage complex scenarios
- Experience working in Agile methodology and participating in Scrum ceremonies
Business Analysis & Project Delivery
- Discuss and assess scope changes, perform impact analysis, and support UAT execution
- Regularly coordinate with technical associates during project development to ensure business needs are met
Stakeholder Management & Communication
