Business Systems Analyst

Full-Time | Hybrid (Houston, TX)

We’re looking for a skilled Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance an organization’s use of Epicor Prophet 21. This role will partner closely with teams across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to improve workflows, support users, and drive meaningful system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Serve as the primary support resource for Epicor P21
✅ Manage helpdesk tickets and coordinate with Epicor Support
✅ Train users and document processes
✅ Support upgrades, enhancements, and UAT
✅ Map workflows and recommend system improvements
✅ Help design collaboration solutions in Microsoft 365
✅ Partner with reporting teams on dashboards & analytics
