Are you passionate about turning complex data into clear, actionable insights? We’re seeking a Data Analyst to help shape the future of HR analytics through innovative data products and strategic insights.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and SQL.
- Develop data pipelines, statistical models, and forecasts to support HR decision-making.
- Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, interpret trends, and deliver insights.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across analytics products.
- Present findings through compelling storytelling and clear documentation
Identify gaps in current tools and propose scalable, data-driven solutions.
- Empower teams through self-service analytics and training.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions in a consultative role.
🛠️ Must-Have Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in data analytics, ideally in HR or People Analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Excel.
- Familiarity with Workday or other HRIS platforms,
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL, and data governance.
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
✨ Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Knowledge of HR metrics and organizational behavior.
- Background in consultative roles with cross-functional teams.
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
