The Role
We’re hiring a Data Operations Specialist to design, maintain, and scale the data backbone of our business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics, data engineering, and business operations.
You’ll play a foundational role in shaping how we collect, structure, and activate data to drive decision-making across sales, product, and operations.
What You’ll Do
- Translate complex business needs into precise data requirements by partnering with Operations, Partnerships, Product, and Engineering.
- Build and maintain business-critical dashboards that surface product health, revenue performance, and operational KPIs to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Design and optimize data schemas to support scalable reporting.
- Collaborate with engineering to scope and QA data pipelines.
- Own company-wide analytics reporting, ensuring source-of-truth metrics are consistently accurate and actionable.
- Lead the full analytics lifecycle - from request intake and prioritization to execution, delivery, and insight-driven follow-up.
- Help prioritize and standardize recurring reporting across teams.
Qualifications
- Have 3–5 years in data analytics, business intelligence, or data operations.
- Are fluent in SQL and can write clean, modular, and production-ready queries.
- Take pride in building and maintaining intuitive dashboards that deliver actionable insights quickly and efficiently.
- Comfortable defining, refining, and tracking KPIs that align with strategic business goals.
- Familiar with modern data stacks (e.g., dbt, Fivetran, Redshift, Metabase, Hex).
- Understand schema design and data modeling best practices.
- Can communicate tradeoffs between technical constraints and business needs.
- Have an operator’s mindset—focused on delivering accurate, actionable insights that directly impact business outcomes.
- Previous experience and willingness to work across globally distributed teams.
- Thrive in ambiguity and like building things from scratch.
- Familiarity with startup operational models and velocity (e.g., weekly metrics reviews, GTM dashboards)

Compensation Range: $65k - $125k + competitive equity
Actual compensation offered will be determined by a number of factors including job-related knowledge, domain knowledge, skills, skill level, relevant years of experience, geographic location and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of a range of several levels of seniority that is being considered for this position.
