The Financial Analyst plays a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making across the organization. This position partners closely with leaders to deliver budgeting, forecasting, reporting and insights that drive performance and long-term growth. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills and be able to present financial analyses in a concise and easily comprehensible manner

Essential Functions

  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting and long-range planning
  • Prepare and deliver timely, accurate monthly financial analyses for management that provide insights into the company’s performance
  • Analyze financial and KPI performance versus budget and forecast and identify key drivers and trends
  • Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations and other teams to ensure data integrity and consistency in financial reporting
  • Assist with preparation of materials for management, board meetings and investors as needed
  • Improve and streamline financial processes, reporting tools and forecasting methodologies to enhance efficiency and scalability
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting and analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Index, Match, Sumproduct and Indirect functions as well as Power Query and relational databases)
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word), SQL, NetSuite, or related financial systems
  • Highly motivated and ability to work independently
  • Healthcare experience preferred but not a requirement
  • Preferred experience with prompt engineering and use of AI to perform financial analysis

Required Credentials

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Finance or Accounting degree preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience (investment banking, private equity, corporate finance preferred)
