Our client located in Dallas, Texas is looking for a Financial Analyst ideally with experience in Commercial Real Estate. This is an in the office direct hire opportunity.

Financial Analyst Role:
As a Financial Analyst in the Finance and Investments division, you will play a critical role in supporting the Development & Acquisition teams across a wide range of real estate transactions. The Financial Analyst will contribute to the underwriting and analysis of acquisitions and dispositions.
You will create detailed financial models, manage property due diligence, and assist with investment committee presentations.
Frequently interface with cross-functional teams, including construction, legal, marketing, and asset management, to ensure smooth execution of investment strategies.
Developing and maintaining complex financial models
Supporting acquisition and disposition underwriting and analytics
Managing due diligence processes, including entitlements, third-party reports, and lease analysis
Preparing investment summaries, lender materials, and joint venture/investor reports
Presenting materials to internal investment committees
Collaborating with construction, brokerage, and property management teams
Assisting in asset management functions and future tenant lease negotiations
Financial Analyst Background Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or real estate required
2 years of experience in commercial real estate
Must be strong in financial modeling, real estate underwriting, investment summaries, lender materials, and tenant lease negotiations
Familiarity with Argus software is preferred, not mandatory if in progress
Banking or finance background is a plus
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Analytical and financial modeling skill required
Requires high attention to detail to ensure accurate, high-quality work across all areas of the investment process.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment
Willingness to travel locally as needed
