Summary
The Scheduling Capacity Analyst is responsible for strategic template design and optimization using industry-standard best practices for building, maintaining, modifying, and oversight of scheduling templates, visit types, visit type modifiers, template slot blocks, decision trees, and reporting tools. Engages with department leadership across the enterprise to accelerate scheduling workflow, access, and capacity-related improvements in the ambulatory setting. Responsible for meeting the scheduling and capacity goals and targets set by executive leaders.
