The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with strong technical horsepower, executive presence, and SaaS fluency. This individual will play a critical role in financial planning, operational analytics, reporting automation, and cross-functional business support.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Lead monthly reporting processes, including P&L analysis, variance analysis, and management reporting
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
  • Perform detailed costing analysis and margin evaluations

Business Intelligence & Data Infrastructure

  • Architect and maintain enterprise reporting dashboards in Microsoft Power BI
  • Build scalable data models to support executive-level decision making
  • Transform raw operational data into actionable insights

Sales & Workforce Analytics

  • Partner with Sales Operations to analyze CRM data and evaluate revenue drivers
  • Support headcount modeling and workforce planning initiatives

Operational Finance

  • Support spend analysis and process optimization initiatives
  • Assist with month-end close, audit preparation, and cross-functional reporting

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • Advanced degree is a plus

Experience

  • 3–5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience (open to more senior profiles)
  • Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models strongly preferred

Technical Requirements

  • Advanced Microsoft Power BI skills (DAX, Power Query, data modeling required)
  • Strong Excel modeling skills (financial models, forecasting, scenario analysis)
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems (NetSuite and Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, revenue recognition fundamentals)

Soft Skills

  • Executive presence and strong communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex financial data into clear recommendations
  • Highly organized and deadline-driven
  • Resourceful and action-oriented
