International SOS Government Services is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our dynamic FP&A team in San Antonio, TX. This is your chance to be at the financial heart of a world-renowned provider of essential government and defense services, both CONUS and OCONUS. You won’t just crunch numbers, you’ll influence strategy, reduce risk, and help ensure operational success for teams that work in some of the most challenging environments globally.

What you'll do

As a Financial Analyst for Government Services US, you’ll play a key role in:

• Driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting with accuracy and insight
• Creating strategic financial analysis and dashboards that guide decision-making
• Supporting month-end close activities and P&L / balance sheet reviews
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, Ops, Contracts, and more
• Partnering with GSS/Accenture for accurate reporting and data management
• Building pricing models for new business capture in compliance with government regulations
• This role is mission-critical, you’ll be hands-on with projects that influence how services are delivered and scaled across the globe.

What you bring

• 1–3 years in FP&A or financial analysis, ideally within a matrixed or multinational environment
• Experience with government contracts or pricing is a strong plus
• Excel wizardry – you’re confident with pivot tables and complex formulas
• Proactive mindset, excellent communication, and a passion for working across teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• This position does require someone who can obtain and maintain the appropriate level of tiered investigation access for a position of Trust after being offered a position. International SOS will facilitate.
