This role will expose the incumbent to a wide variety of businesses from different industries, facing various financial and operational challenges. You will work alongside seasoned experts in the field and actively participate in the analysis and implementation of turnaround and restructuring strategies.

A Day in the Life of a Financial Analyst

  • Participate in assessing the financial situation, business plan, and financial projections of companies;
  • Perform detailed financial analyses, including cash flow, profitability, and operational performance;
  • Contribute to identifying key issues and developing concrete and tailored solutions;
  • Support the preparation of reports and presentations of recommendations to financial institutions, shareholders, and other stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with managers and partners in the planning and execution of various mandates.

Desired Profile

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in professional services, accounting firms, or businesses;
  • CPA designation completed or in progress;
  • Experience in preparing and analyzing financial projections, business plans, and cash flows;
  • Strong financial analysis skills and excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
  • Analytical, rigorous, and curious mindset, with the ability to understand financial and operational issues;
  • Team spirit, professionalism, and excellent communication skills;
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
