✔ 2–3 years experience in finance or product/engineering finance
✔ Strong Excel modeling & forecasting (NPD, IRR, scenario analysis)
✔ Understanding of engineering or automotive development timelines
✔ Bachelor’s in Finance, Engineering, or related field

About the Role

Join a high-impact Product Development Finance team that partners directly with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Accounting. You’ll build business cases, analyze supplier investment spend, and model what it takes—financially and operationally—to bring a product from concept to production.

If you enjoy forecasting, scenario modeling, and influencing product strategy with data, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Build detailed Excel financial models to support product design and supplier investment decisions
• Run business-case scenarios, including NPD forecasting, IRR calculations, cost/benefit analysis
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Accounting
• Support end-to-end product development timelines—from early concept through production
• Deliver accurate financial insights, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality analyses

What We’re Looking For

✔ 2–3 years’ experience in finance, product finance, FP&A, engineering finance, or related fields

✔ Strong Excel modeling and forecasting skills

✔ Experience in NPD, IRR calculations, or scenario planning

✔ Familiarity with engineering or automotive development cycles

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or related field

✔ Local to California (onsite required)
