Responsibilities

The Financial Analyst provides essential support for hospital reimbursement, net revenue, and productivity initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

• Reporting & Compliance: Compile and maintain records for hospital DSH programs, bad debt logs, Accounts Receivable contractual allowances, and annual Cost Reports.
• Data Analytics: Create and execute patient detail reports to perform deep-dive data analytics with a focus on financial impacts and future projections.
• Collaboration: Partner with the Manager of Revenue Integrity, Senior Financial Analysts, and the Decision Support team on various ad hoc projects.
• Operational Support: Ensure financial data integrity to support long-term fiscal planning and organizational stability.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting within a hospital or health system setting (Required).
