We're Hiring: FP&A Analyst (Hybrid | St. Petersburg, FL)
Valpak is expanding our Finance team with the addition of an FP&A Analyst. This role is not just about back-office tasks: it involves transforming financial data into actionable insights using Power BI and modern reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize financial dashboards (Power BI required; MicroStrategy or Salesforce Analytics is a plus)
- Support budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning
- Translate complex data into straightforward visual stories for leadership
- Partner cross-functionally to align financial performance with business goals
- Improve and automate reporting processes for enhanced efficiency
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience
- Strong Power BI and advanced Excel skills
- Experience working with imperfect data and tight timelines
- Ability to communicate clearly with non-finance stakeholders
- Background in Finance, Accounting, Data, or a hybrid Finance/Tech role
