Role Overview

As a Healthcare Analyst, you'll serve as a key contributor to strategic planning, translating healthcare data into actionable insights that enhance quality, efficiency, and compliance.


Key Responsibilities

Gather, validate, and analyze healthcare data from electronic health records (EHR), claims, and financial systems

Develop impactful dashboards, reports, and visualizations to inform leadership decisions

Evaluate trends, identify optimization opportunities, and drive process improvement initiatives

Support financial and regulatory reporting (e.g., quality metrics, reimbursement data)

Work cross-functionally with clinical, operations, and finance teams to implement data-driven solutions


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Data Analytics, or related field

2+ years of experience in healthcare analytics or similar analytical role

Strong skills in SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar analysis tools

Familiarity with healthcare terminology, billing systems, and quality metrics (e.g., ICD, HEDIS)

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder presentation skills
