Job Title: Human Resource Analytics Coordinator

Location: Huntsville, Alabama

Job Type: Full-Time

Expected hours per week: 40 hours

Schedule: Onsite Mon-Fri

Pay Range: 22.50-26.00 an hour based on experience

Job Description:

• Collect, clean, and maintain HR data (headcount, hiring, turnover, attendance, engagement).
• Build and update Power BI dashboards and recurring HR reports.
• Analyze workforce trends and flag insights related to hiring, attrition, and employee experience.
• Ensure data accuracy through validation and quality checks.
• Support time & attendance, vacation tracking, and scheduling reports.
• Create charts, visuals, and one‑page summaries for leaders and plant communication boards.
• Assist with recruiting support for manufacturing roles (sourcing, tracking, reporting).
• Help prepare HR presentations, internal updates, and basic communications.
• Support new hire orientation, employee engagement activities, and plant events.
• Handle routine HR tasks while contributing to ongoing and future HR projects.

Minimum Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Master's program.

• Completion of junior year or higher.
