Position Overview
This position will report to the Director of Finance and plays a highly visible role within RCG’s Finance team, partnering closely with senior leadership, asset management, and investment professionals. This role is responsible for financial modeling, portfolio analysis, and institutional-quality reporting that directly supports investment, financing, and asset management decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain fund-level and property-level financial models, including cash flow projections, returns analysis, and scenario modeling.
- Create and maintain asset management sheets and analyses used for portfolio oversight and strategic planning.
- Produce investor, joint venture, and lender reporting, including data tapes, supplementals, debt coverage analysis, and covenant tracking.
- Collaborate with executives, asset managers, investment teams, and accounting to gather data, develop insights, and support decision-making.
- Present analyses and recommendations to senior leadership
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Argus Enterprise strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial and accounting concepts and real estate cash flow mechanics.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with Argus, Power BI, Yardi, or similar reporting tools.
- Exposure to retail or other commercial real estate asset classes.
