Position Overview

This position will report to the Director of Finance and plays a highly visible role within RCG’s Finance team, partnering closely with senior leadership, asset management, and investment professionals. This role is responsible for financial modeling, portfolio analysis, and institutional-quality reporting that directly supports investment, financing, and asset management decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain fund-level and property-level financial models, including cash flow projections, returns analysis, and scenario modeling.
• Create and maintain asset management sheets and analyses used for portfolio oversight and strategic planning.
• Produce investor, joint venture, and lender reporting, including data tapes, supplementals, debt coverage analysis, and covenant tracking.
• Collaborate with executives, asset managers, investment teams, and accounting to gather data, develop insights, and support decision-making.
• Present analyses and recommendations to senior leadership

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Argus Enterprise strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting concepts and real estate cash flow mechanics.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Experience with Argus, Power BI, Yardi, or similar reporting tools.
• Exposure to retail or other commercial real estate asset classes.
