Insurity Business Analyst with P&C Insurance domain

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in US Property & Casualty Insurance and hands-on expertise with the Insurity® InsuranceSuite? We’re looking for a talented professional to join our team!
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
✔ 5+ years of BA experience in US P&C Insurance
✔ Experience with Insurity products (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) or other COTS insurance platforms.
✔ Strong knowledge of ISO/NCCI/Bureau products
✔ Experience in data migration or conversion projects
✔ Excellent verbal & written communication
✔ Ability to work closely with onsite teams and customers.
✔ Understanding of Insurity Data Model & conversion business rules.
✔ Ownership of BA deliverables, walkthroughs, and requirement alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Business Analyst for projects involving the Insurity suite, collaborating closely with onsite counterparts and direct customers.
• Work on data migration/conversion initiatives for at least one Insurity product (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter).
• Provide pre-construction walkthroughs to development and QA teams to ensure alignment on requirements.
• Participate in post-construction walkthroughs to validate that delivered features meet business needs.
• Own and deliver all BA documentation and artifacts.
• Interpret and apply ISO/NCCI/Bureau rules and products effectively.
• Support personal or commercial lines of business with strong domain understanding.
• Contribute to implementing conversion business rules and corresponding data model updates.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in US P&C Insurance domain.
• Strong knowledge of Insurity InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) — OR 5+ years of BA experience with any other COTS insurance product.
• Deep understanding of Insurity Data Model and conversion rule implementation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands-on experience working with ISO, NCCI, and Bureau product
