Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Data Implementation Analyst to join us. In this role, you will be central to onboarding new Customers and preparing, cleaning, and uploading their ingredient and formula data into the GFP platform. You will work directly with Customers and internal teams to ensure data is accurate, complete, and fully integrated. As a junior analyst, you will work on clearly scoped tasks with guidance and review from senior colleagues, building your skills as you grow into greater ownership over time.

Requirements:

This is a junior position, so we don’t expect you to have mastered everything below. What matters most is a solid foundation and a genuine eagerness to learn and grow. It is well suited to someone with 1–2 years of experience, whether gained in industry or through academic or personal project work. Please apply if you have hands-on experience with, or a working foundation in, the following:

Microsoft Excel (Intermediate to Advanced): - Data cleaning, formatting, and manipulation using functions - Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, Power Query, and formulas

Python (Basic to Moderate): - Writing and running scripts to support data preparation and upload tasks, with guidance as needed - Tailoring scripts for varied Customer datasets and requirements - Data libraries such as Panda and NumPy - Writing scripts to extract and process data from Excel and similar file formats - Parsing local files across a range of formats

API & Data Integration: - Using APIs to extract and upload data
