Lead Business Analyst

🚀 We’re Hiring: Lead Business Analyst – Guidewire + Data + Agile
📍 Location: (Onsite) in San Antonio, TX or Plano, TX

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst with strong expertise in Guidewire implementations, Data Analysis, and Agile methodology. The ideal candidate will drive requirements gathering, user story creation, backlog refinement, and collaboration across business and IT teams to ensure successful delivery.

🔹 Must Have: Guidewire BA experience with at least one full implementation
🔹 Strong Agile expertise (Scrum / Kanban, Jira/Rally)
🔹 Data analysis (SQL/Python/R) + excellent stakeholder management
📌 Agile/BA certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, CBAP) are a plus.
