At AT&T, we’re not just analyzing data, we’re transforming the future of digital customer experiences across platforms. And now, we’re looking for a Lead Data Analyst to join our Consumer Technology Experience team and drive real impact.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
Engineer and troubleshoot large-scale digital datastreams (web & app)
Collaborate across teams to design data workflows and solutions
Create and optimize dashboards in Adobe Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI, Snowflake
Analyze customer behavior, traffic, and performance, from chat to retail to automation
Ensure data is clean, reliable, scalable, and business-ready
🎯 We’re Looking For:
5–8+ years of hands-on experience
Strong skills in SQL, Python, data mining, and cross-platform analysis
A sharp eye for dashboard design and actionable storytelling
Experience in large datasets and data governance practices
📍 Location: Dallas, TX (This is an onsite role, 5 days/week)
💰 Salary Range: $130,700 – $196,100 annually
