Power BI Developer / Senior BI & Analytics Analyst

We’re looking for a Power BI Developer / Senior BI & Analytics Analyst to join a leading team in the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector.

📍 Location: Hybrid (remote + 2 days/week onsite – Montreal or Mississauga)
📅 Duration: 6-month contract
⏳ Start date: ASAP

💡 Your role
You will play a key role in building high-impact analytics solutions that drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

🔧 Key responsibilities
Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports (DAX, data modeling)
Translate business needs into scalable BI solutions
Optimize data models and SQL queries
Ensure data quality, governance, and performance
Collaborate with business and technical teams (Agile environment)
Contribute to BI best practices and continuous improvement
Mentor junior team members

✅ Profile
5+ years in BI / Analytics
Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, modeling, performance tuning)
Advanced SQL skills (Snowflake, Databricks, Oracle, etc.)
Solid understanding of data architecture & ETL pipelines
Experience in Agile / Scrum environments
Strong communication and analytical skills

➕ Nice to have
Power Apps / Power Automate
Legacy reporting migration (e.g., SSRS → Power BI)
Jira, Confluence or similar tools
Exposure to AI/ML

🌍 Language:
English is mandatory, as you will collaborate daily with international teams and stakeholders.
