**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL RESIDE WITHIN 25 MILES OF ANDERSON, IN**

As a Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting in Milk Run, LTL & truckload bids, implementation process, & contract/pricing agreements. You will work along with our Sales team, Operations/Logistics team, US/Mexico procurement teams & Executive team. The applicant must be skilled in data analysis and possess good organization and time management skills as well as provide effective communication to all necessary parties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with Milk Run, LTL, and truckload bids, including:
• Review of all bids, assign other teams in Salesforce if they need to be involved.
• Making sure truckload bids are approved / declined by asset operation team.
• Prepare cost analysis/review market rates for approved lanes / notify potential customer or salesperson if declined.
• Review Milk Run & 3PL rates, participate in pricing review meetings for all opportunities.
• Meet bid deadline requirements.
• Implementation
• Assist with scheduling meetings.
• Assist with new customer set up paperwork.
• Complete carrier profiles as required.
• Reporting
• Maintain actual vs budgeted revenue file monthly from various revenue sources.
• Track contract/pricing expirations
• Execute contractual pricing schedules/appendices, ensure timely negotiation and accurate implementation rates.
• Execute customer contracts using Conga Composer
• Approve intra-Mexico route change lane exhibits and update master rate file used by the Mexico operations team.
• Data Analysis
• Review data for profitability improvements.
• Prepare price adjustment proposals.
• Other activities as assigned.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

• Preferred 1-3 years of transportation/logistics or financial experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to process data.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail and deadline oriented, takes initiative, and good decision-making skills.
• Solid organizational skills to manage multiple open projects.
• Strong work ethic with a professional, positive attitude.
• Microsoft Office Proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Experience with Salesforce or Conga Composer is preferred, but not required.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

COMPUTER SKILLS:

Proficiency in Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook email required.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Solid work history and willingness to successfully function in a team environment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This is an on-site office position based at our offsite Flagship location. You will need to follow all correct and proper PPE requirements set for entering the dock area. Such as but not limited to, wearing a reflective vest, shirt, or jacket, and steel toe shoes or shoe coverings.
