Position Summary
Act as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems. Evaluates new applications and identifies systems requirements. Evaluates new IT developments and evolving business requirements and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems. Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives.

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to assess business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Compile clear and comprehensive documentation, such as business requirement documents and use cases.
  • Collect and analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop basic process maps, flowcharts, and diagrams to document as-is and to-be processes.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed solutions and assesses potential solutions, technologies, or systems to address business needs.
  • Assist in conducting impact assessments and addressing user concerns during implementation.
  • Conduct meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather feedback and validate requirements.
  • Actively contribute to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative projects, including sharing ideas, providing feedback, and contributing to the overall goals and objectives of the team.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of standardized templates, guidelines, and methodologies.


Required Qualifications

  • Relevant Experience: 3–5 years of relevant work experience in a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong Communication: Able to clearly explain ideas, share updates, and work with both technical teams and business partners, including vendors.
  • Data & Tech Skills: Comfortable reviewing data, spotting issues, and using tools (including AI) to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Process & Problem Solving: Able to understand business processes, identify problems, and help improve workflows and customer experience.
  • MS Office Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for analysis, documentation, and presentations.


Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$64,890.00 - $173,040.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
