Regulatory Compliance Analyst

Berkadia is hiring a Regulatory Compliance Analyst based in Ambler, PA!

Join our Regulatory Compliance team and help support the compliance oversight, third-party risk management, due diligence, and process improvements that strengthen Berkadia’s enterprise-wide Compliance program.

In this role, you’ll:
• Monitor regulatory compliance requirements and support updates to procedures and documentation to align with GSE guidelines
• Conduct due diligence reviews on third-party vendors and support ongoing vendor performance and compliance monitoring
• Partner across teams to strengthen compliance processes, maintain documentation, and support risk management tools and reporting

You bring:
• Knowledge of Third-Party Risk Management principles and processes, as well as GSE regulations, loan programs, and production requirements
• Strong Excel skills, including functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and conditional formatting
• The ability to manage multiple priorities, troubleshoot issues, and deliver data-driven solutions
