• Learn and assist with Salesforce Agentforce capabilities to drive operational efficiency and sales productivity.

Revenue Analytics & KPI Reporting

• Maintain SST’s organizational KPI framework, ensuring consistent definitions, reliable data, and clear, timely reporting on revenue and sales performance.

• Analyze funnel performance, identify trends, and surface actionable insights for Marketing and Sales leadership.

• Support pipeline growth efforts by tracking leading indicators and flagging risks or opportunities early.

Commercial & Deal Support

• Build proposals, pricing models, and supporting financial analyses to assist the sales team in deal strategy and customer value articulation.

• Research and evaluate GTM tools and sales enablement resources that align with SST’s ICP and growth strategy.

Process & Operations

• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to improve and scale revenue operations processes across the full customer lifecycle.

• Document and maintain revenue operations processes, SOPs, and policies; proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement as the organization scales.

• Bring a proactive mindset — surfacing recommendations and improvement opportunities to leadership while executing effectively within established strategic direction.

• Working knowledge of Excel including pivot tables and lookups; comfort building basic reporting models a plus

• Experience working cross-functionally in a SaaS or healthcare technology environment preferred
