About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our growing remote team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the full analytics lifecycle, from data preparation and pipeline development to modelling, insight generation, and business-facing reporting.

As a Senior Analyst, you will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical solutions, deliver high-quality insights, and help organizations strengthen their data capabilities. This is a full-time, permanent, remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Data Engineering (30-40%)

  • Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and workflows
  • Support data integration efforts across multiple systems and sources
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability for downstream analytics use

Advanced Analytics & Insights (30-40%)

  • Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities
  • Apply statistical and analytical techniques to support decision-making
  • Develop scalable analytical solutions that align with business needs

Reporting & Visualization (20-40%)

  • Create clear and impactful dashboards and visual reporting tools
  • Communicate insights effectively through storytelling and visualization
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure reporting supports strategic goals

Client & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Lead client-facing discussions and deliver analytics recommendations
  • Translate business problems into structured analytical approaches
  • Support cross-functional teams with strong communication and ownership

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or related roles
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and transformation
  • Experience with at least one visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
  • Familiarity with modern data workflows and pipeline concepts (ETL/ELT)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Comfortable working directly with clients and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with modern data stack tooling including orchestration (Airflow, Prefect, Dagster), transformation (dbt), ingestion/ELT (Fivetran, Stitch, Airbyte), cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure, BigQuery, Redshift), and BI/visualization (Power BI, Looker, Tableau)
  • Prior experience in a consulting or client-service environment
  • Exposure to advanced analytics or machine learning techniques
