What are your contributions to the team?
- Develop dashboards and reporting solutions that provide clear visibility into Ethics & Compliance metrics, trends, and risks (e.g., investigations, hotline, third-party risk, training).
- Integrate and analyze data across multiple Ethics & Compliance datasets, creating a unified view to support decision-making and oversight.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify anomalies, patterns, and potential indicators of misconduct or non-compliance.
- Design and optimize data pipelines, data models, and automation processes to improve scalability, timeliness, and reliability of compliance data.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (including Legal, HR, Audit, Risk, IT) to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Enable data-driven investigations by extracting, analyzing, and interpreting relevant data.
- Lead the evolution of analytics for our Ethics and Compliance organization, including the development of predictive analytics and forward-looking risk indicators.
- Support the Strategy & Governance analyst to translate complex data into clear, business-friendly insights for leadership and stakeholders.
How to thrive in this role?
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
- You have 5–8+ years of experience in data analytics.
- You have advanced technical skills in:Â
-SQL and data queryingÂ
-Data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- You have familiarity with Databricks and programming languages such as Python or R; this would be considered an asset.
- You have experience working with multiple, complex datasets and integrating them into cohesive reporting solutions.
- You have an analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, anomalies, and hidden risks.
- You demonstrate a high level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- You are curious and adaptable, with an interest in advancing into predictive and advanced analytics.
- You have the ability to build dashboards and tell a compelling data story to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- You have experience working within an Ethics & Compliance, Risk, Audit, or Legal environment, as well as familiarity with compliance-related frameworks and data (e.g., hotline reports, investigations, risk management, policy adherence); this would be considered an asset.
