  • Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjusting entries.
  • Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and support an efficient month-end close process.

Growth Path into FP&A

  • Support KPI tracking, dashboard maintenance, and recurring management reports.
  • Assist in building forecasting models and performing financial analyses as experience grows.
  • Analyze trends in revenue, expenses, and operational metrics to enhance financial visibility and insights.
  • Contribute to data-driven decision-making as automation and team growth shift focus toward FP&A initiatives.

Systems, Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Support

  • Work across NetSuite, Ramp, Numeric, Paylocity, Power BI, and internal tools to support accurate financial operations.
  • Troubleshoot data issues, perform data quality checks, and help maintain system configurations and integrations.
  • Support automation efforts and workflow improvements across invoicing, close, reporting, and compliance.
  • Build and maintain documentation, SOPs, and process maps to help standardize and scale financial processes.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations, HR, and Operations to gather and validate data for accounting and reporting.
  • Provide operational support such as payroll or onboarding data checks to ensure accurate financial and HR data flows.
  • Assist with ad hoc analyses and cross-functional projects typical of a lean, high-growth organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of accounting experience or strong internship experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn in a fast-growing environment.
