We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will gather requirements, analyze business processes, translate needs into functional and technical specifications, and support solution delivery from design through testing and implementation.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand current processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Translate business needs into user stories, functional specs, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to ensure solutions meet requirements.
Analyze data flows, system integrations, and dependencies.
Support testing activities including test case review, UAT coordination, and defect triage.
Assist with process mapping, root cause analysis, and change management.
Communicate updates, risks, and impacts clearly to business and technical teams.

Required Skills
Strong experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.
Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
Experience writing requirements documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Basic to strong knowledge of SQL queries and data analysis.
Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows.
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in enterprise or large-scale environments.
Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Azure DevOps.
Knowledge of process modeling, reporting, and UAT coordination.
Technical background in systems, data, or application support.
