• Lead cross-functional, multicultural collaboration
✅ Must-Have Skills:
• 8+ years in requirements gathering & business analysis
• Power BI, Power Automate, Excel (advanced)
• Strong documentation, testing, and communication skills
🎯 Nice to Have:
• SharePoint, JIRA, Lean/Six Sigma exposure
• Finance or accounting background
