Job Title: Data Analyst – Power BI

Location: Hybrid – 40 Temperance St, Toronto (3–4 days onsite weekly)

Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support financial reporting and analytics within the Global Wealth Management Transformation Office. The successful candidate will extract and integrate data from multiple sources, design insightful Power BI dashboards, and provide analytics to help drive executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple internal systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for senior leadership.
• Translate data into actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify reporting needs and prioritize deliverables.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports.

Must-Have Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI (including data modeling and dashboard design).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivots, macros).
• 4+ years of experience in the financial industry.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Background in business analysis or requirements gathering.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• High attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Ideal Candidate

A data-driven problem solver who can turn complex information into clear, executive-ready insights using Power BI and Excel. The ideal candidate will bring examples of previous dashboard or reporting work to the interview.
