Job Summary As a Financial Analyst, you’ll provide financial insights, build models, and support planning to help guide business decisions. You’ll work closely with operational and departmental teams to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.

This position is ideal for someone who is analytical, organized, and enjoys using data to make an impact. You’ll be part of a collaborative team in a supportive, data-driven environment where accuracy, insight, and growth come first.

Schedule First shift, full-time hours. Specific work hours will be established in consultation with your supervisor.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Support the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts through financial modeling and analysis
  • Analyze historical trends to help teams develop accurate projections.
  • Partner with operational leaders to provide actionable financial insights for decision-making and cost management.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and Excel reports to give leadership timely visibility into financial and operational performance.
  • Perform variance analysis and evaluate business performance to identify key drivers.
  • Leverage Excel, Power BI, and large datasets to optimize reporting and automate processes.
  • Support ad hoc financial and operational analyses as needed.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient with Excel, including complex formulas, modeling, and data analysis.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and ERP/accounting systems.
  • Able to communicate financial insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and committed to accuracy.

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or a related role with significant Excel and data analysis use.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to sit for prolonged periods while working at a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds, occasionally up to 20 pounds.

Must be able to navigate various departments of the organization’s physical premises and related community care settings.
