We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to build the financial backbone of a company that is revolutionizing graphic design. Backed by a16z with ~$100M raised, Ideogram needs a builder, not a maintainer. You’ll work side-by-side with our Director of Finance Shannon Levy, CPA, helping construct our financial infrastructure from the ground up.
If you are a CPA (or close to it) looking to pivot from Big 4/Audit into a high growth startup, this is it! Reach out :)
About Ideogram
Ideogram’s mission is to make world-class design accessible to everyone, multiplying human creativity. We build proprietary generative media models and AI native creative workflows, tackling unsolved challenges in graphic design. Our team includes builders with a track record of technology breakthroughs including early research in Diffusion Models, Google’s Imagen, and Imagen Video. We care about design, taste, and craft as much as research and engineering – shipping experiences that creatives actually love.
We’ve raised nearly $100M, led by Andreessen Horowitz and Index Ventures. Headquartered in Toronto with a growing team in NYC, we're scaling fast, aiming to triple over the next year. We're a flat team with a culture of high ownership, collaboration, and mentorship.

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to step into a multi-faceted role that blends financial reporting, accounting operations, audit & assurance, and project work, while offering exposure across the business and opportunities to grow beyond traditional accounting.
Reporting to our Director of Finance, you’ll collaborate closely with leadership, cross-functional partners, and external auditors to strengthen our financial infrastructure and help build the foundations of our finance function inside a fast-growing company.
You’ll navigate both the rigor of IFRS and the pace of a startup environment, helping shape scalable processes, optimize systems, and contribute to initiatives that influence how financial operations evolve as we grow.
The ideal candidate is a new or recently designated CPA with solid IFRS experience, an audit foundation, and an eagerness to contribute to a growing, dynamic environment.
